Terms & Conditions

Information correct as of 01.12.2008

Payment
1. All prices quoted are exclusive of V.A.T (now 15% as of 1.12.08)
2. A 25% deposit is payable in advance on all projects.
3. Payment to be made by cheque or bank transfer within 28 days of invoiced amount to Tunnel Vizion Media (UK) on completion.
4. On accepting and signing final quote you accept liability and payment for the total amount due.

Cancellation
1. Customers cannot change obligations from the original contract, nor can any obligations be transferred.
2. Projects cancelled within 15 days of signing the final quote will forfeit the full deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of principal photography will result in a charge for the full quoted price.

Project Property Rights
1. Optical Fury retain all property rights and copyright unless otherwise stated.
2. Optical Fury retain ownership of all products until full payment is received.
3. All recommendations & advice given by Optical Fury is for guidance only.

Optical Fury cannot be held liable for any of the following:
1. Any faults in any products, services or consumables as a result of improper use.
2. Failing to provide any products and services due to events outside the control of Optical Fury.
3. Any damage to persons, property or data caused by the use of Optical Fury products & services.
4. Optical Fury will not be liable delays or failure to adhere to the obligations of contract due to unforeseen circumstances outside the control of Optical Fury.This includes failure of computer systems, software, and equipment used by Optical Fury and any of their suppliers
5. Optical Fury will not be liable for any consequential loss, including profit and third party claims
